As a fast-growing consulting firm with offices in Canada, USA, and India, we are always looking for enthusiastic talents in the world of Supply Chain and Digital Transformation to help us harness the power of the latest technologies in these areas for our clients to transform their supply chain operating models and deploy a digital roadmap successfully.  

 

Currently, we are looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse.  

 

This position is remote but will involve business travel.  

Your Contribution:

  • Serving as the primary interface with the clients, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve established goals including the success of the end-to-end solution delivery and the adoption of standard business practices.  
  • Participate in requirements discovery/gathering sessions with clients to develop requirements specifications documentation.
  • Configuration knowledge of RapidResponse system to support business requirements and design/propose configuration options for various resources like workbooks, scorecards, metrics, etc.  
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain planning functions.  
  • Ability to interact with clients in different time zones and/or in different shifts.  
  • Understand supply chain industry trends and benchmark customers against the same.  

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementation of different Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Forecasting and Demand Planning, Supply Planning, inventory planning and optimization, Constraint Planning, and advanced algorithms.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, materials management, and management consulting or business consulting roles.  
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.  

Preferred Skill:

  • Hands-on experience in planning software.  
  • In-depth Knowledge of integrating planning systems, specifically RapidResponse, with ERP and legacy systems for inbound/outbound interfaces.  
  • A passion for working in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and presentation skills.  
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse Certifications.
