As a fast-growing consulting firm with offices in Canada, USA, and India, we are always looking for enthusiastic talents in the world of Supply Chain and Digital Transformation to help us harness the power of the latest technologies in these areas for our clients to transform their supply chain operating models and deploy a digital roadmap successfully.

Currently, we are looking for a (Senior) Solution Consultant to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

This position is remote but will involve business travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our clients to understand their business requirements, and collaborate with the project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse according to the customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Triage and resolve complex data and analytical configurations to ensure that RapidResponse is producing the expected results.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Ensure the customer obtains the business benefits captured in the business case.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.
  • Any other reasonable project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Experience in supply chain management with practical knowledge in demand/supply planning and/or inventory management & optimization.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse resources to provide or support the expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Experience in software implementation projects is an asset.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.

Location and Travel:

This position is fully remote, but candidates should be willing to travel to client locations which is normally up to 75%.
